We want you to be happy with your order from Rich Boy Urban Wear. Please review our return and refund policy before making your purchase.

Ready-Made Items
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting a custom order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@richboyurbanwear.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Rich Boy Urban Wear.

Please contact us before sending a return. Do not send a return without receiving return instructions from us first.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rich Boy Urban Wear.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.

For personalized or custom items, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
