Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Some items are made to order and may require additional processing time. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Shipping
Rich Boy Urban Wear currently ships to Texas addresses only. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Carrier delays may occur after an order has been shipped and are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@richboyurbanwear.com if you notice an error in your shipping information.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@richboyurbanwear.com so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders when offered at checkout. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
